and share information when you use our website, scheduling system, or
related services (the "Services").

registering an account, or filling out our intake questionnaire — your
name, email address, phone number, organization, and similar fields.
- Booking and appointment information — call type,
date/time, your preferred contact method, and any consent
acknowledgements you provide.
- Profile and intake information — additional details
you optionally share through our intake questionnaire (e.g., industry,
years in business, position).
- Census information — when an authorized employer or
their employees provide it, demographic and benefits-related census
data such as date of birth, coverage level, and dependents, used solely
for benefits administration.
- Technical information — IP address, browser, and
timestamps captured for security, audit logging, and operational
purposes.
How we use information
- To schedule and conduct calls between you and a Nunes Partners advisor.
- To prepare proposals, quotes, and benefits-related communications.
- To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders,
cancellations) and related follow-up communications you have consented to.
- To maintain audit logs for security, regulatory, and quality purposes.

When we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services:
- Email delivery — SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) sends our
transactional and follow-up emails.
- Calendar — Microsoft (Outlook / Microsoft Graph) hosts
the calendar entries created on behalf of our advisors.
- Customer relationship management — GoHighLevel
receives a webhook notification when new contacts and accounts are
created so we can manage the customer relationship in one place.
- Hosting — DigitalOcean hosts our application and
database.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with
advertisers.
Your choices
- You may decline marketing communications without affecting the
scheduling or fulfilment of services you have requested.
- You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal
information by contacting us at hello@nunespartners.com.
- You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment using the link in
your confirmation email.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the
Services and to meet our legal, regulatory, and audit obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard practices including TLS encryption in transit,
password hashing, role-based access controls, signed time-limited tokens
for sensitive links, and audit logging of significant actions. No system
is perfectly secure; we encourage you to safeguard your account credentials.
